Wynne (wih NEE) has been an elementary music teacher for 20 years and has been a church musician most of her life. She holds a Master of Music Education degree from the University of Southern Mississippi and is a board member of the Mississippi Writers Guild. Wynne lives in east central Mississippi, has two sons and two grandchildren who love living in the country. Her interests include ballroom dance, concerts, playing piano, poetry readings, and, of course, writing poetry. Her best inspiration comes from being outdoors where she feels that God speaks to her through nature. Wynne's poetry has been published in Emerald Tales: “Winter Solstice,” Vol.1, Special 3, in Waterways: Poetry in the Mainstream, Vol. 30, No. 4, in Gemini Magazine, April 2010, and is forthcoming in Emerald Tales: “Midsummer's Eve," Vol. 2, No. 3, in The Shine Journal, July 2010, in Thema: Music and Math, Autumn 2010, in "From the Porch Swing - memories of our grandparents," and in the Birmingham Arts Journal. She is currently working on a book of poems tentatively entitled, Music, Light, Color: God's Mandala.
