breathless
life
to lead the moon;
reflections:
misty-capped and cold;
scald:
sleepy embers glow;
vapors rise,
kneading soil;
weaving
lines
upon the loom;
cast:
a fly to river
to tomorrow,
watch the eddy,
dim the sun;
stone:
a surging bloody ocean
split and splintered;
roots embalmed
in mold.

The motivation: "This particular piece is in response to the process I am passing through in 
regards to my son who has many special needs, and family denial. KNEAD is typical of my writings; I find the essence of my highest self in nature, and my deepest inspirations come to me by grounding myself in its presence."
